Programme: fifteen guestrooms, restaurant and kitchen, river terrace, “Kurt’s Jungle Corner,” local activities, zero-waste garden. Site: “right in front of the Moei river, on a piece of land which has been already cleared and cleaned for agricultural purposes. The total area of clear area is 2000m2 aprox.”2

Estudio Cavernas, a Mae Sot design-build studio working with migrants, marked “MUAYEPU” on their 2017 timeline for December. Whether that meant a visit, a design only, or construction is not established.28
