How much land?

5,000 hectares (July 2017 placement) versus about 2,000 m² (November 2017 community pack) versus about 12 acres (December 2018 letter). No signed concession was found in the first pass.

City, guesthouse, school, or pitch?

All four appear contemporaneously. LEF’s study is a careful NGO feasibility document. The KTH deck is a bond-and-equity raise. The city deck is a township vision. They are not one project.

Money and the default judgment

SMH reported about USD 350,000 raised and a default judgment without findings on the merits. A 2026 first-person record says that judgment was set aside and the action discontinued. Bank records and the court file have not been reconstructed here.
